Client Needs

To build a high-standard integrated parent-child play center for children, teenagers and families aged 3-16 years old

The center should have three functional divisions, namely, interactive game experience area, physical development area and leisure food and beverage area.

The equipment should be innovative, durable, safe and support high traffic loads.

Introducing the “Dynamic Racing Simulator”, which is suitable for older teenagers, to create a popular visual focus.

Specialized rest and dining areas should be set up in the venue to facilitate parents to accompany and customers to dine in the venue.

All equipment must support the Arabic operating interface and comply with the local 220V voltage standard.

Design and Communication Process

The Dinibao team conducted several rounds of online video conferences and layout discussions with the client in the early stages to understand the following in detail:

Client's business objectives and audience analysis

Site structure plan, fire protection and entrance/exit requirements

Game preferences and interactive formats (physical/operational/racing/educational)

Required utilities for the food and beverage area, and customer flow lines.

We optimized and adjusted the design sketches several times, and finally finalized the overall site plan integrating “play + leisure + dining”.

Simulator: a new large-scale dynamic racing simulator with realistic picture and real control, attracting young people to stop and challenge.

Shooting games: multi-player battles to enhance the fun and stickiness.

Crane machine: multiple high-frequency grabbing equipment, with a variety of plush prizes.

Fighting games: 1V1 machine, suitable for young players.

Swinging cars: airplanes/minibuses/submarines, attracting children aged 3-6 to experience the coin-operated experience.

Bumper car area + deluxe carousel, to enhance the overall family play time

Adventure Zone

Colorful rope net bridge, multi-story structure climbing facilities

Slides and obstacles

All use environmentally friendly and non-toxic materials, and set up safety cushions

Catering Area

Open seating and parent-child seating for parents and customers to dine and rest.

Supporting ordering system and food display counter to meet the needs of the Middle East market.

The space layout is separated from the play area to create a relaxing and clean dining environment.

Equipment Production and Inspection

All equipment is designed and manufactured in Dinibao's own factory.

Customers have special customization requirements for key equipment appearance and software interface (e.g. racing car appearance mapping, UI language settings), we meet all of them.

After the completion of the equipment, we organized the debugging of the whole machine and conducted functional stability tests.

Customers inspect the goods remotely through several video conferences to confirm that each machine meets the standards.

Shipment and on-site installation

All goods are shipped to the port of Dammam, Saudi Arabia in a single ocean container.

Dinibao assigns an international installation team to the site to assist with the installation:

Precise positioning and installation according to drawings

Network, power and water connections

Lottery system setup + doll machine loading and parameterization

Setting up of tables and chairs in the catering area and ambience of the lounge area.

Staff training (equipment operation instructions, safety precautions, service process standards)

Site reality and operational performance

Total project area: 3000 square meters

Divided into three functional areas: game entertainment area / climbing physical fitness area / dining rest area

Hardware support: all equipments support Arabic UI system, voltage is 220V.

The site has a clear line of motion, the combination of interactive motion and static, and the customer experience time is greatly extended.
