Client Needs

The client aimed to build a compact yet comprehensive family entertainment center (FEC) for kids aged 2 through teens. The venue would serve as a weekend and holiday destination for families. Key requirements included:

• A balanced mix of physical activity and electronic interaction

• Clear functional zoning for longer dwell time and repeat play

• All machines to meet Indian safety and environmental standards

• English interface with both coin and card payment compatibility

• Fast production, safe delivery, and remote technical support

Design Solution

Dinibao proposed a modular layout with multiple activity zones tailored to different age groups:

Soft Play Zone (Naughty Castle)

• Multi-level play structure with slides, tunnels, climbing nets, and ball pits

• Suitable for kids aged 2–8

• Made of anti-collision foam and non-toxic material for safe exploration

Trampoline Area

• Medium-sized trampoline zone with free-jump area

• Reinforced springs and netting ensure safety and promote physical activity

Inflatable Bull Ride

• Adjustable speed settings and safety auto-stop

• Designed for older children and teens

• Surrounded by a large inflatable cushion for extra safety and fun

Arcade Machine Area

Redemption & Sports Games:

• Luxury Basketball Machine: LED lights, adjustable hoop, multi-round play

• Air Hockey: Fast 2-player action with digital scoring and light effects

Simulation Games:

• Alien Shooter: 2-player sci-fi simulator with motion seats

• Outrun: Classic solo racing with vibrant visuals

• Super Bike 3: Dynamic motorcycle simulator with real lean-and-turn motion

  

Final Equipment Selection

After several remote meetings, the client finalized a hybrid model of:

• Soft play + Interactive arcade + Motion-based simulators

• Games suitable for all age brackets

• Visually appealing machines for social media marketing

• Satisfying both fun and ROI through high retention and revenue potential

Manufacturing & Testing

All machines were manufactured in Dinibao’s in-house facility with strict quality control:

• Soft play made with high-density foam and anti-slip PU leather

• Arcade cabinets built with heavy-duty metal frames and anti-scratch coatings

• Modular internal wiring for easy maintenance

• Each machine was stress-tested for lights, audio, payout, and functionality

• Full inspection videos recorded and shared for remote client approval

Pre-Shipment Inspection

The client received detailed testing videos covering:

• Bull speed adjustment

• Basketball accuracy

• Redemption function and prize dispensing

• Lighting and motion stability

All machines passed inspection and were cleared for shipment.

Shipping & Logistics

• Protective packaging: Shock-proof foam + wooden crate

• Dinibao assisted in preparing all export documents (invoice, packing list, COO)

• Shipment coordinated through the client’s freight forwarder to designated Indian port

• Customs clearance and receipt completed smoothly

On-Site Setup
