Client Requirements

The client aimed to create an indoor playground with the theme of “exploration + fun + social interaction” tailored to children aged 2–12. Their core requirements included:

• Bright, child-friendly design with playful shapes and vibrant colors

• Compliance with Southeast Asia’s safety and quality standards

• Optimized layout to fit the mall space with clear entry/exit flows

• Easy-to-maintain equipment suitable for high-frequency use

• Visualized production with video inspections

• Full support with sea shipping and customs clearance

Design highlights:

• Central zone: Large climbing structure + illuminated slides + aerial obstacle bridges to promote active movement

• Perimeter: Ball pit, mini trampolines, soft tunnels, small slides, and a large-particle sand pit for different age segments

• Sand pit selected with big, dust-free particles—safe and non-irritating for children’s eyes and skin

• All structural poles and edges are fitted with extra-thick safety padding to prevent injury during play

• Entry area: Shoe storage, changing benches, and seating for parents

• Color scheme: Blue, yellow, white, and purple with a futuristic “spaceship exploration” theme

Final Plan Approval

After three rounds of video meetings and revisions, the client confirmed the “exploration spaceship” theme. Key reasons for selection:

Equipment Manufacturing

• Sand pit materials carefully chosen for safety, using large clean particles without dust

• Pre-shipment trial assemblies performed, with full video documentation

• The client conducted remote video inspections focusing on key areas such as slides, connectors, net tension, and sand pit depth

• All elements approved by the client prior to shipment

• Finalized packing list and container layout shared for review

Shipping & Export

• Multi-layer protection including foam wrapping + reinforced wooden frames using non-fumigation wood for smooth Thai customs clearance

• Dinibao’s experience with Thai exports ensured complete documentation including invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, etc.

• Sea shipping duration: approx. 12 days

Delivery & Site Conditions

• Upon receipt, the client checked all parts against the manifest; all components were intact and clearly labeled

• Site: An open second-floor mall area with 4m ceiling height, ample lighting, and pre-installed safety mats and power sockets
