1. Client Requirements

This client is a loyal partner of Dinibao who previously purchased soft play equipment in 2024. The equipment and services received high praise, leading to this second order.

This new project was launched for a newly opened branch inside a large bookstore chain. The core needs were:

• Create a fun, engaging, and safe indoor play area for kids, giving parents more freedom while shopping or reading.

• Customize a fresh and attractive soft play structure tailored for children of different age groups.

• Add more interactive elements to increase engagement and playtime value.

• All products must meet Thailand’s local safety and environmental standards.

2. Custom Design Plan

Dinibao’s design team created a tailored solution based on the client’s floor plan and venue layout:

• A medium-sized multifunctional soft play zone featuring slides, rainbow bridges, tunnels, ball pits, and mazes.

• Fresh, eye-catching blue and yellow color palette to align with the bookstore's atmosphere.

• Integration of themed role-play zones: pretend ice cream shop, coffee shop, supermarket, and mini hospital.

• Central area fitted with several kid-friendly amusement machines (kiddie rides and air hockey).

• Reinforced safety structures with thickened EVA foam edges and zero sharp angles.

3. Finalized Design & Adjustments

After several revisions and discussions, the client confirmed the final design. Key updates included:

• Enlarged sandpit area and continued use of large-particle sand from previous project.

• Upgraded slides to more fun variants: S-shaped slide, trumpet-shaped slide with lighting, and straight light-up slide.

• Added airplane-themed ball shooter that launches balls from the ball pit.

• Installed a custom “Fantasia” cartoon welcome arch at the entrance to enhance photo opportunities and branding.

4. Production Phase

Once confirmed, Dinibao’s factory promptly began production:

• All materials used were eco-friendly high-strength PVC and EVA foam.

• Pantone colors were custom-matched based on the client's preferences.

• Real-time updates with photos of components were sent for client approval.

• Entire production completed within 12 working days—ahead of schedule.

5. Quality Inspection

Before shipping, Dinibao arranged full visual and video inspection:

• Documented all parts and packaging numbers for easy on-site assembly.

• Tested major components like slides and ball shooter.

• Showcased installed client logo and welcome signage via video.

• The client was extremely satisfied with the details and praised our professionalism.

6. Packaging & Shipment

• All items were packaged using five-layer foam protection with plastic sealing.
