Saudi Arabia Project Case: VR & Redemption Machines Installation for a New Arcade Center

Introduction

This project highlights Dinibao’s latest collaboration with a client from Saudi Arabia, who planned to open a brand-new indoor entertainment center of around 400 square meters.
The client aimed to create a modern, technology-driven experience center focused on VR games and redemption machines.
After professional consultation and careful planning, Dinibao not only provided a complete machine solution but also arranged for technical engineers to travel to Saudi Arabia for on-site installation and training.

Client Requirements

The client’s new arcade venue needed:

• A set of immersive VR simulators that could attract teenagers and adult players;

• Ticket redemption machines suitable for all ages to increase repeat plays;

• Assistance with import documentation and Saudi certification (SASO) to ensure smooth customs clearance;

• On-site installation support, including system calibration and operator training.

Design & Planning

Dinibao’s design team provided a customized arcade layout based on the client’s site structure.
The goal was to maximize player engagement and machine visibility while maintaining smooth visitor flow.

VR Zone: placed near the entrance to attract attention with large screens and dynamic motion.
Redemption Area: arranged centrally, accessible for both children and families.

The design balanced technology aesthetics and operational convenience, ensuring optimal gameplay experience.

Production Process

Once all machines were confirmed, Dinibao began production under strict quality standards:

• Each machine was assembled with industrial-grade motion systems and CE/UL certified components.

• VR simulators underwent 48-hour durability tests to ensure performance stability.

• Machine colors and decals were customized according to the client’s branding theme.

Production was completed ahead of schedule, ensuring timely delivery.

Quality Inspection & Client Verification

Before shipment, the Dinibao QC team conducted:

• Full machine function testing (VR motion, audio, ticket output, safety checks).

• Video inspection and photo documentation for client confirmation.

• Packaging check to ensure all accessories and spare parts were included.

The client reviewed the inspection videos and expressed complete satisfaction before approving the shipment.

Packaging, Certification & Shipment

All equipment was packed according to export-grade standards:

• Internal: thick bubble wrap + EPE foam for shock absorption;

• External: reinforced wooden crates and pallet bases for secure handling;

• Labels and serial numbers were printed for easy installation.

Dinibao’s export team also assisted in preparing all Saudi SASO certificates, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and origin documents, ensuring smooth customs clearance.

Delivery & On-Site Installation

Upon arrival, Dinibao’s technical engineers traveled to Saudi Arabia to assist the client:

• Helped unload the machines and arrange them according to the design layout.

• Installed and calibrated each VR simulator and redemption machine.

• Conducted software updates, motion tests, and VR headset pairing.

• Provided operator training for the local staff on machine operation and maintenance.

Installation was completed in 3 days, and the arcade successfully opened soon after.

Site Overview

The arcade covers approximately 100–120 square meters.
It adopts a minimalist setup, focusing on high-performance machines rather than heavy decoration.
The dynamic VR zone and interactive redemption machines make it a fun and modern entertainment space suitable for both families and young adults.
