Targeting children aged 3-6 and their accompanying parents, the core goal was to create a safe, fun, and interactive diversified amusement environment. We provided a comprehensive customized solution covering bumper cars, two-player VR egg chairs, trampoline area, and a linked inflatable module & ball pit area, along with end-to-end services from demand docking and equipment production to installation and commissioning. Currently, the venue has been successfully put into operation. With precise customer positioning, rich amusement formats and a safe, comfortable environment, it has become a popular parent-child check-in spot locally and gained high recognition from the client.

Detailed Project Process
1. Client Requirements: Create a 500㎡ Parent-Child Friendly Amusement Space
The client established cooperation with us through a cross-border parent-child industry exchange platform and clearly put forward three core requirements: 1. The 500㎡ venue requires scientific functional zoning to maximize space utilization while ensuring children's activity safety; 2. Focusing on serving young children aged 3-6, all amusement equipment and scene designs must comply with the physical development characteristics and safety protection requirements of this age group; 3. The amusement formats need to be diversified, covering dynamic amusement, immersive experience, leisure interaction and other types to meet the needs of parent-child joint play; 4. Full-process services are required, including scheme design, equipment production, cross-border transportation, installation and commissioning, and later operation suggestions. In addition, the client also provided local parent-child consumption market research data and venue floor plans, emphasizing the need to highlight the core positioning of "parent-child co-enjoyment" and balance children's play experience with parents' companionship comfort.
2. Equipment Selection: Precisely Adapt to Young Children, Customize Diversified Parent-Child Amusement Combination

Children's Bumper Car Area: Custom small-sized bumper cars suitable for children aged 3-6. The car body adopts a rounded, edge-free design, equipped with a slow driving speed (maximum speed ≤ 3km/h) and anti-collision buffer devices. The joystick is simplified for easy operation by young children, enhancing parent-child interaction;

Two-Player VR Egg Chair Area: Equipped with parent-child two-player VR egg chairs, selecting low-stimulation, cartoon-themed VR experience content (such as underwater adventure, fairy tale castle tour, etc.). The equipment has a rounded and lovely appearance, soft and comfortable seats, and is equipped with safety restraint devices, balancing immersive experience and children's safety protection, suitable for parents and children to experience together;

Trampoline Area: A dedicated children's trampoline area is planned, using soft elastic trampoline surfaces, with 1.2m high protective railings around. It is divided into trampoline areas of different difficulty levels (basic jumping area, sponge pool interaction area), and anti-skid buffer mats are laid on the ground to reduce the risk of children falling and getting hurt;

Linked Inflatable Module & Ball Pit Area: A large inflatable castle module area is built. The inflatable module is made of environmentally friendly soft PVC material, designed with interesting shapes such as cartoon animals and climbing tunnels. One end of the inflatable module is seamlessly connected to the ball pit. The ocean balls are made of food-grade PE material with a diameter of ≥ 8cm to avoid accidental swallowing by children, forming a linked amusement scene of "climbing exploration + ocean ball interaction".

3. Equipment Production: Strictly Control Safety Standards, Ensure Parent-Child Amusement Quality
During the equipment production stage, we took "children's safety" as the core, strictly followed international safety standards for children's amusement equipment and the quality requirements proposed by the client, and implemented full-process refined control. Precise control over the core safety points of different equipment: For children's bumper cars, we focused on optimizing the buffer structure of the car body and the stability of the power system to ensure driving safety; For two-player VR egg chairs, we strictly screened VR content to reduce screen stimulation, and at the same time strengthened the equipment's ventilation system and safety restraint devices; The trampoline area uses high-elasticity, wear-resistant and environmentally friendly trampoline surface materials, and the protective railings adopt a soft wrapping design; Both the inflatable module and ocean balls are made of non-toxic, odorless and environmentally friendly food-grade/maternal and infant-grade materials, which have passed strict quality inspections. At the same time, we established a real-time progress feedback mechanism, regularly sending production videos and progress reports to the client. For the detailed adjustment needs such as appearance color and cartoon shape proposed by the client, we responded and implemented them in a timely manner to ensure that the produced equipment fully meets the positioning of the parent-child amusement scene.
4. Customer Inspection: Comprehensive On-Site Inspection to Confirm Safety and Quality Compliance
After the completion of equipment production, we invited the client's team to the factory for on-site inspection. To ensure the efficiency and comprehensiveness of the inspection, we prepared a detailed acceptance checklist in advance, covering core dimensions such as the environmental protection of equipment materials, safety protection measures, operating performance, and appearance craftsmanship. The client's team conducted strict inspections on the equipment in each area according to the checklist: on-site testing the driving speed, buffer performance and operational convenience of the children's bumper cars; experiencing the content adaptability, equipment stability and safety restraint effect of the two-player VR egg chairs; checking the elasticity of the trampoline surface and the stability of the protective railings in the trampoline area; verifying the inflation tightness of the inflatable module and the material safety of the ocean balls. At the same time, we checked the material environmental protection certification report issued by a third-party testing agency. After comprehensive inspection, all equipment met the safety standards and customer needs, and the client signed the acceptance qualification document on the spot.
5. Product Delivery: Scientific Packaging and Transportation to Ensure Safe Cross-Border Delivery
In view of the particularity of cross-border transportation and the different characteristics of equipment, we formulated an exclusive packaging and transportation plan. A multi-protection method of "custom buffer packaging + reinforced wooden frame + moisture-proof treatment" was adopted: - For precision equipment such as children's bumper cars and two-player VR egg chairs, they were first fully wrapped with EPE pearl cotton, then put into custom shockproof cartons, and protective baffles were added to key components; - For large flexible equipment such as trampolines and inflatable modules, compressed and folded packaging was adopted, with waterproof canvas wrapped on the outside; - Ocean balls were packed in sealed waterproof bags separately. At the same time, we selected an experienced cross-border logistics service provider, completed relevant procedures such as customs declaration and clearance in advance, and clarified the division of transportation responsibilities. The transportation track was tracked in real time throughout the whole process, and the logistics progress was regularly fed back to the client. For vulnerable equipment such as inflatable modules and trampolines, additional spare parts were provided. Finally, all equipment was safely and on time delivered to the designated venue of the Indian client without any damage.
6. Customer Installation: Professional Guidance and Support to Ensure Safe Commissioning and Operation
Considering the convenience of cross-border installation and the safety requirements of the parent-child venue, we adopted an installation mode of "professional technical team on-site + local construction cooperation". We provided the client with a detailed installation manual in advance, including core contents such as equipment assembly steps, circuit connection specifications, and venue safety layout diagrams, and arranged a technical team to arrive at the Indian venue in advance for on-site survey and basic construction guidance. During the installation process, the technical team fully controlled the key links: the ground leveling treatment and safe circuit laying in the children's bumper car area; the equipment debugging and VR content adaptation of the two-player VR egg chairs; the fixing of protective railings and the adjustment of trampoline surface tension in the trampoline area; the installation of the inflation system of the inflatable module and the linked connection with the ball pit. At the same time, we trained the client's operation team on equipment operation, daily maintenance and safety emergency handling. Finally, all equipment was accurately installed in place and all operated normally after multiple rounds of debugging, and the installation work was successfully completed.
7. Venue Situation: Scientific Zoning and Layout to Create a Parent-Child Friendly Environment
The client's 500㎡ parent-child amusement venue adopts a layout mode of "functional zoning and separation of dynamic and static", comprehensively ensuring children's safety and play experience: - The entrance is planned as a parent-child reception area, equipped with comfortable parent rest seats and a children's shoe-changing area; - The left side of the venue is a static experience area, where two-player VR egg chairs are centrally placed, and an exclusive waiting area is set up to avoid crowding; - The middle of the venue is a dynamic amusement area, divided into a children's bumper car area and a trampoline area. The two areas are separated by soft railings, with sufficient activity and evacuation space reserved; - The right side of the venue is a leisure interaction area, creating a linked area of inflatable module and ball pit. The inflatable module area is equipped with multiple entrances to facilitate children's entry and exploration. Low protective railings are set around the ball pit, allowing parents to watch at any time from the outside; - Parent accompany points are scattered around the venue, equipped with charging sockets, drinking water areas and emergency medical kits. The overall venue adopts bright and soft color matching, decorated with cartoon theme elements, the ground is fully laid with anti-skid buffer mats, and the ventilation system covers the whole area, creating a safe, warm and comfortable parent-child amusement atmosphere.
8. Customer Feedback: Significant Operation Effect and High Recognition of Full-Process Services
After the venue was put into operation, the client fed back the operation situation to us in the first time. The client said that the venue's customer positioning is precise, and the combination of the four major amusement areas is deeply loved by children aged 3-6 and their parents. It receives more than 200 parent-child families every day, and the passenger flow is full on weekends and holidays, with operating income far exceeding expectations. The equipment has maintained excellent stability since operation, and no safety problems have occurred. Parents highly evaluate the venue's safety protection measures and comfortable accompanying environment. In addition, the client fully recognizes our full-process services, believing that the scheme design fits the needs of the local parent-child market, the equipment quality is safe and reliable, the installation guidance is professional and detailed, and the training service is in place.
